"Beatrice is 3years and 2 months.  She has always been advanced in her speech and language, which I believe was greatly assisted by the signing, and following the latest course - language and literacy - she can suddenly read!  We learned the words "c a t" and "p i g" in the class, so I put them up on the fridge with magnets. 

On Sunday evening I sat showing them to her, and suddenly she realised what it said.  Not only that, but she could do others: "sun", "tin" "sat" "mat"  "tap" and over the last few days, she will do as many as I can think of!  She loves to help Pippa (her little sister) with her signing "homework" and will sit at the table singing and signing while she waits for her dinner!
